OUR PROVEN PROCESS

1. HELLO & DISCOVERY

In this initial step, we will discuss your goals and what is most important to you in your next home. We are connecting and seeing if we are the right fit to work together. Next we will make a descision and sign an engagement agreement. 

 

2. BUYER CONSULT

With our Buyer Consult, we will go deeper into your needs and goals with your next home. This is an in-depth discussion and we have found the more we know and understand you, the better the process. We will also identify your Top 3 - the 3 most important things in your next home.

 

3. EXPLORE & VISIT

Now the fun part - checking out properties! We create a concierge search for you and you will receive homes to review curated by us. Simultaneously, we will be looking for properties that fit your criteria that are not currently on the market. 

THE OFFER AND PREPARING TO CLOSE

4. THE OFFER

Deciding to make an offer is a big step. We do our homework and gain an in-depth understanding of the seller's situation and the competition. This insight combined with our listing agent relationships are the key to getting offers accepted on behalf of our clients. 

5. MANAGING THE OBSTACLES

Experience matters and with this step in the process our clients benefit from our negotiating savvy and decades of in-depth knowledge. We will navigate the home inspection process and address any issues. We will work through any title issues or any other challenge that arises.
 
 

6. PREPARE

With this sixth step in the process do everything to ensure a smooth, successful closing. We are heading off any bumps in the road. Addressing any lender concerns, including the appraisal, is an integral part of this step. We go all-out to ensure closing success. 

CLOSING TIME

7. CLOSING

The big day is finally here - Closing Day! This day will be fun and easy and we will work hard to make it that way for you. Typicallly a day before the closing date, we will meet with and review the closing statement. This way all you have to do is show up at closing, sign adn start enjoying the next chapter of your life.

 

8. THE EQUITY REVIEW

Approximately 1 year after closing, we will meet with you. The purpose of The Equity Review meeting is to see how much equity you have in your home and help you discover your options. Perhaps you may want to take on a remodeling project or use your equity for a second home. Or maybe you want to fund a college education or retirement. Regardless you will come from this meeting with invaluable data you can use with your wealth manager, or CPA.
