Jeff Higgins is the Managing Partner of Higgins Partners, powered by Real Broker, LLC, overseeing all operations to ensure exceptional, concierge-level service. With over three decades of experience, Jeff's philosophy emphasizes deep knowledge, passion for client service, and expertise in real estate transactions.

Jeff founded Indigo Retail, a boutique retail real estate company, and he is active in real estate investing. Jeff also founded The Agent Encore, a coaching and consulting firm for real estate brokers and agents transitioning their businesses.

Jeff lives in Birmingham with his wife, three children, and their pocket beagle, Freddie. He enjoys reading, golfing and exploring Northern Michigan. Jeff is an avid fan of the Michigan Wolverines, Tigers, Lions, and Red Wings.

Jeff graduated with high honors from the University of Michigan, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate.
